Finally I've solved the calibration issue with OC SIOC and the wet compass is working. This demonstration shows a heading change from 0 to 90 with the compass following the heading change. Somehow with heading change the 022C offset of FSUIPC slips back and then returns back to normal ( I am still investigation this).
